try a primer first (one with dimethicone or silicone) to fill in the wrinkle. Then apply a thicker waxier concealer over it such as The Balm Concealer or any thick concealer in a pot.

Use a foundation thats liqiud. Try Maybelline Revitalizing Concelear.
